I like elixirs at general. This one is full of taste of raisins (or dried grapes for port wine) :) But not full taste as Santos Dumont XO Elixir. Sweetness is okay, but sometimes is watery. But it is really cheap one :)

Too sweet for my palate, the taste profile is similar to Legendario Elixir, but has less watery, rather syrupy texture, stewed fruits, raisins, with caramel. The finish has molasses and coffee tones in it, which makes the taste profile warmer and deeper than Legendario. Decent for the price.

Po kokose a káve od Espera som sa rozhodol vyskúšať aj Elixír. Vôňa slabšia, nasládla ale alkoholová. Necítim tam žiadnu výraznejšiu krajšiu vôňu. Chuť veľmi sladká - hrozienka, karamel. Za mňa nič extra. Neurazí ale nenadchne. Pre tých čo majú radi sladke odporúčam radšej Espero Coconut & Rum

Enjoyed a bottle of Ron Espero Elixír while vacationing in the Finnish wilderness. Nice bottle and label design. Golden color. Sweet vanilla extract overload to your nose and palate when neat sipped. Vanilla laced burn at the end. Too sweet and no resemblance to a real Panama Rum.

Sweet liqueury type of rum (almost absence of the alcohol tail). I think it´s targeted more on the female drinkers.

Immer wenn ich einen Rumlikör probiere rechne ich für den schlimmsten Fall einfach nur mit Süße. Doch der Ron Espero Elixier ist das Gegenteil. Eine herbe Würze gibt der Süße des Likörs eine perfekte Runde Note. Absolut empfehlenswert!!
