oliver malo kedy sklame a ani tu nesklamal. vyborny jemny rum, jemne sladky, ale nie moc. vely rozdiel proti 1995 uroby ze zrel v sudoch po cherry a nie po bourbone. fantasticky rum, vrele odporucom ludom ktory vedia vychutnat dobry rum, nieje to ale rum pre zaciatocnikov. 8.4/10

It is sweet and alcoholic, but somehow unbalanced. It is not as smooth as you would expect in such an old rum. Save some money and buy the 1995, it is better. Or maybe I have a bad bottle, because nobody here seems as dissapointed as me.

Edit: after some time, it is much better, but still it is average. You can find better rums.

Nice rum to drink, smooth taste, long aftertaste. Not to sweet.

Like other Oliver & Oliver rums you get a really good value for your money. I recommend this rum. The 1985 is richer in taste though.

By far my current favourite. Sweet, without being sugary, soft and hallelujah.

Oliver's Exquisito 1990 Vintage Solera er en meget lækker rom, blød med tilpas sødme og en utrolig god eftersmag.

The bottle: Decent ordinary bottle.
Glass: A dark amber color that shimmer low in gold. Fragrance, One of the most delicious scents you can get out of rum to me.
Mouth: Mild and balanced sweetness. Vanilla little oak can be a touch of leather and at the end a little weak pepper. Yummy!
Slips down like a well-oiled lightning. Gentleness is like cotton in my throat.
After Taste: This is the Achilles heel. Not that it's bad or anything just too short. Such a taste, you want more.
Summary: A bottle of a rum enthusiast should have in their cupboards. Oliver & Oliver has certainly succeeded and throughout this series will end in my collection (1985, 1990, 1995)
