Not a rum I like to drink neat, but mixing it with coke it is a nic drink

I like the color, rich amber. Reminds me of beer I used to make. Nose, not sure if it's the vanilla sweetness, or the spice. If I want to get drunk in a hurry, I think this would be my rum of choice. Doesn't burn much more than many 80s. Easy to drink strait up, might be good with rum and coke. Worth a try.

Captain Morgan spiced is best rum for mixed drinks.

Not sure the point of this offering from the Capt. but sampled none the less. It was fine, but I usually do not drink to get drunk, and I have to wonder if this is its purpose? Taste almost identical to Original Capt. and because of the extra $$, I would just stay with the original. I did not sample straight, only with coke.

Same taste as regular spiced with a higher alcohol content. It's a party rum and same price as the 40% next to it so might as well grab it and go!

I only drink it with coke. Anything else it isn't very enjoyable. Cheap, one taste heavy spiced. Had to try it. Tasted like i expected

This is very good in a Egg Nog and decent with diet coke for a change of pace.

An ok room for mixing, but pure not good. the price is fine, and work well for assorted drinks.

In Canadian bars you often find this rum offered. To me it has the bar taste. Nothing fancy. It is ok with Sprite but nothing else. For a big croud of guests, it is cheap enough.
