Il est vraiment particulier, un goût prononcé de fumé. Je n ai jamais bu un rhume qui si rapproche. Je l aime beaucoup.

I think that this is a bit underrated rum.
Nice dark color in the glass.
For me it's very varied drinking.
In the nose I caught tons of sherry, some woody aromas and a bit of vanilla.
In my mouth I can feel sweet, nutty taste, then some toffee, butterscotch and just a little bit smoky taste.
Aftertaste is sweet, again just a little bit of oaky smoke and a hint of fruity pineapple taste.
For me it's very colorful drinking.

Smell is a little bit akward, candy like, oh but the taste is awsome.

First you feel almond, then caramel and at the end marzipan and it takes about 30 seconds for all the tastes to get through.

Very strong and long lasting body, I love it.

This Rum is amazing, at first I hesitated a bit because of some weird reviews but my decision to finally buy it was perfect.

At first the design of the Bottle is unique and will stand out even compared to more expensive ones. Now to the nose when you smell it directly after you poured it in, you will get much alcohol but after you Waite like 5 mins it completely disappears and notes of toffee and vanilla appear.
The taste is quite similar to the nose but with more fruitiness and complexity to it.
I like to drink it with a cigar but sipping it pure is a lot of fun as well.
For the price of 35 € I can highly recommend trying it!

Můj druhý rum z Maritiu (první byl Canaoak). Opět palec výrazně nahoru. Příjemná vůně,vyvážená chuť. Působí na mě jako mix anglické a francouzské rumové školy.

Now this one got me. With the taste of roasted peanuts and some fruits this is special. Not quite what you expect but this is some extraordinary stuff for that young age and price.

An der Nase sehr komplex nach Schokolade und Haselnuss. Im Gaumen sehr voll, aber eintönig und scher, aber sehr angenehm und zum genießen. Abgang Mittel mit wenige Nuancen. Jeder Franken wert

Très bon rhum de dégustation à découvrir. Des saveurs que je n'ai pas goûter dans beaucoup de rhum.
