Caramel and wood spices that fades to a nice sweet cinnamon finish.

In the distillery tasting room on 5/21/23. Pours a brownish gold color. Mild aroma of cheddar and nutmeg. Crazy big sweetness beyond the sherry barrel. This is dang near an amaro. The finishing bitterness totally balance the upfront sweetness. Quite good and the pick of the litter.
