This rum is very sweet - it even smells almost like juice! The flavor is very light and juicy, with a long aftertaste of agave syrup. The rum is not bad - the sweetness is a pleasant flavor; however, I would not drink this neat if there were other options. The unique agave flavor is intriguing so I hope to find a good cocktail for this one!

A strong rum as many of the craft U.S. brands are, but not as bad as other artisanal ones that I have tried. Certainly better than Montanya, not as good as Humboldt.

Rubbery agave 4 out of 10

Unique bottle and label design. Golden color. Very interesting and definitely unique agave flavors to the nose and palate mixed with very strong and offputting rubber smell. Mild burn at the end but the agave somehow lingers quite long.
