It has that weird sour milk aroma cachacas use to have, also quite harsh going down.

Mixes well with Coke, also tried with orange pop which was not bad.

Only once destilled, so there is a lot of sugar cane flavor. I like it.

Cheap and plentiful in Brazil , makes good caipirinhas , dont mess with it straight up !! Use with sugar , muddled lime and ice ... Enjoy.

N- Ginger flower, tropical fruit punch and mint candy, fruit peels with eucalyptus at the tails. Probably some syrup added as it appeared quite sweet. Puffy sulphur at the base. (14/25)
P- Pretty much same as nose, cane sweet, ginger flower and coconut essence. Flat mouthfeel. (10/25)
F- Spirit and sulphur hits, get heady with trace of herbal tea. (9/25)
Balanced:- Another to go with mixer, no complaints. (10/25)
Weighted Rate:- 43pt

Initial nose reminded me of tequila: citric, a bit grassy and nectar-y, definitely sassy. Does well when mixed, bringing out fruity and citric flavors (Caipirinha, Batida, etc.). Not bad when sipped either, though the bite can be a bit much at first. Ice or a drop of water and some time does some good.

of course i tried it straight up as i prefer to do with spirtrits but this is not meant to be a sipper. Its the most common Cachaca besides pitú in europe

The bottle is cheap, yet bright and not ugly. Stunning aroma of black currant, yeast, duchess, tree bark. The taste is sweet woody with significant bitterness, which is masked by sugar. This Brazilian moonshine has enough symbolic accompaniment to give a burst of animal warmth and energy. And after the whole carnival, the reckoning will overtake the state of health for the low degree of purification and added sugar. ....... Бутылка дешёвая, при этом не уродливая и яркая.
