A cheap Cachaça for students who want a Caipirinha to get drunk. Drinkable but nothing I would buy.

Always a success in caipi however I wouldn't get close to that straight. Intense fruity and flowery nose, quite amazing. Very aggressive in mouth at first. Goes well on lime, sugar and loads of ice.

První cachaca, kterou jsem kdysi ochutnal. Přivedla mě ke zkoumání zemědělských rumů. Byla celkem jemná, se specifickým "ocasem" - rád jsem cachacu používal v koktejlech, dávala jim specifický šmrnc.

While other instance of CanaRio Light Cachaça was especially good on me (and particular lucky batch, as the other one was not quite the same), this is very solid to represent bright and fruity distillate as well. Tad of harshness is present there at the start, but not on the way to further experience multitude of colors within the product's taste. Much more playfulness, than typical white rum would offer. All-in-all, I recommend to examine cachaça, and this one can well do, to those, who are interested in white, original branch of sugarcane distillates. Neat works for me just fine. Have your citrus fruit along at the start of the session, if in need. Further, drink does accumulate, and is as enjoyable, as are vivid notes of very young cognacs (say, Maxime Trijol Special, watch out for it to not be from the year before or otherwise long standing). Surprisingly, this industrial liter bottle does, actually, contain rather fine product.

Alcolica, aspra, vegetale acerbo, pungente, senza profondità

I tried it in classic caipirinha and mixed with cola. Two totally different results. I would definitely recommend it with ice and limes. I can feel strong black currant aroma. Not bad but this is not heaven for rum amateurs. Anyway it is recommend to try.

Definitely not a spirit to sip neat, but it’s cheap and very good for mixing. Nothing special or outstanding, but it makes a great classic Caipirinha

I would love to travel to Martinique, but until then, I can sample the rum for a taste of the island. A bit dry and oaky for my taste but quite flavorful.

If you want to taste a real caipirinhas you have to get this bottle. Get a big glass, cut 1,5 lime, 2 tea spoons of brown sugar and get to work crushing everything. Add crushed ice and cachaça and shake that baby!

Nothing special when tasted neat. Good for the famous "caipirinha".

Cheap, raw stuff. Meant for mixing, with almost no real character.
