Would give 7, if 40%. Good rum, good taste neat and in cocktails. Was favorite for great Aleksandrs Laime, who found the great Angel Falls
Its was too comun to find it in Mexico, but its not a good rum.
Kein Sipping Rum
I recommend this one for drinks and for zipping choose 500 Extra Anejo instead.
Cheap but honest rum.A good buy for the buck.balanced
There is a little smoke and slightly tobacco like notes, hints of chocolate and perhaps a little nuttiness.
"It’s not a very complex. Vanilla and honey like sweetness with minimal burn on the finish. ."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

The overall feel is not far from Pampero Especial. This is a simple and cheap rum, which can be consumed neat, or mixed, with nutty, spicy, buttery smell and taste profile, with a hint of wood, the aftertaste is rather short, pleasantly spicy, with minimal burn. Apparently no sugar added. Good value for money. Compared to Pampero this one is a bit spicier.
