This is a great fake rum. Prefer it over Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva and similar. There is a massive amount of sugar added into it. And it is solera, so there is minimal amount of truly 19 years old rum. My advice is to always buy the lowest one down the line and sugar it yourself (to get to the "older" ones). Trust me, it works....

Still... If you or your companions like this kind of sweetened drinks, than this is probably among the best choices.

Again bottle without nearly any relevant info. It is sweet rum, smooth and well balanced. Good competitor to Zacapa, Diplomatico or other sweet rums.

OK, actually a 8(-) for me having in mind its' younger brother (15yo) and the difference in the price between them....
The spirit itself is definitely a premium one, more or less typical Dominican (balanced sweetness, fully flavored, oily with rich body, kind on the palate and fine lasting aftertaste).
I would hardly imagine anyone being dissappointed after tasting this one.

When you smell on your glass it literally smells like oak and smoke...pleasant odor...

The taste confirmed what you already smelled with a good punch of alcohol and slight burn while sipping one by one...

Not as good though in my opinion as the centenario 20...enjoyed that one more...its between an 7.5 and 8.0...
