El Ron Prohibido Habanero 12-Year

In the bottle purchased in San Antonio for $22. Tasted on 4-1-24. Pours a dark purple garnet color. Aroma of chocolate, raisins, and tobacco. Milder flavors with a silky palate. Grapes, candy sweetness, and leather. Mild peppery metallic finish. Less of the PX shows through this.

Decevant pour un 12 ans. Belle rondeur mais sans aucune longueur.

Rum jantárovej farby, s dobrou typickou rumovou vôňou po hrozienkach, kakau a sušenom ovocí. Po ochutnaní je cítiť miernu sladkosť, ktorá ale postupne ustupuje a nahrádza ju korenistá chuť, povedal by som, že až trpká. Na môj vkus nevyvážený rum a použil by som ho tak akurát do pečenia, maximálne a colou...=)

Taste a bit strange. Bends towards a sweet a cheaper port wine whit fruit en nuts.

Rhum fort en bouche. Note prononcée de fruit sec et de caramel avec un soupçon de vanille.

It's a strange taste like add the raisins in wine.
But I think it is not as bad as can't drink it.

Un rhum qui manque de complexité et qui fait ressortir des arômes qui font tout sauf naturel.

Habe ihn wegen der Flasche und der Story gekauft. Schmeckt nicht schlecht: süß, voll, würzig, eher schwer, etwas bittere Schokolade.

Die 12 Jahre Solera täuschen gewaltig. Schmeckt als hätte er einfach noch Zeit gebraucht.

With a few drops of water it gets smoother.
Otherwise hints of paintremover and sugar.
