La Hechicera Extra Anejo

What a great surprise! Vanilla, woody, lightly sweet. Great aroma and smooth flavor. Hardly any burn on the way down. This is a great rum to share with friends or enjoy by yourself.

A truly great rum, starts with sweet aromas but a spicy aftertaste.

Sedím v restauraci a koukám, že v rumovém lístku je přírůstek, tak ochutnám. Hechcera mi přijde jako rum z řady Centenario 12y, Botran Solera 18y, Ophyum 12y. Uleželý, kultivovaný, nepřeslazený, jemný. Trošku chybí plnost na kterou jsem zvyklý u Oliver & Oliver, ale je hned o fous za nimi.

Très belle découverte, sec mais équilibré avec le bois et des arômes complexes et profonds... Un rhum riche. Une de mes préférences.

Rich and complex on the nose, creamy caramel and slight tropical notes on the palate. Good finish with little heat. This may become my house sipping rum - great quality/price ratio.

I prefer unsweetened and with no added flavor rums, La Hechicera hits all the starts, it is a dry rum, with coffee, orange and oaky notes that is easy to drink. I prefer it on the rocks, so smooth that I have never had just one.

First smell, it is a bit weird. Very closed. But let it open for some minutes and it will give you amazing aromas, almost without alcohol.
The taste is fantastic. So balanced and so nice.

Not for beginners. Ok, means, no sweet rhum, certainly no difficult rhum, the kind you start appreciating after trying many sweeter rhums. Me and my uncle tasted this one after much zacapa, plantation and yes even cracken. And accepted this one as best price quality. A really great rhum, no sweets but far from bitter or alcohol spirit sharpness. 40 % is our max level and this one has that holy level.
Not outspoken, tasty, far from a cheap sweet taste, brilliant balance. Yes, the sorceresses deserves its name.

Vynikajici rum s kavovou prichuti a celkem suchy. Pripomina trosicku Dictadora, jako takovou kolumbijskou skolu, jen je takovy zemitejsi mi prijde.
