A very decent rum. But for the price in the canary islands, it's better to go for the 18 years old

Not quite smooth enough to be a sipper. Quite good flavour though.

taste of liquorice, little bit of cocoa, smal hint of dark spices , dark nuts, dark caramel.

The context of the rum has a buttery feeling in the mouth in the beginning, but the complexity is not there and the rum tends to be quite waterish. It burns very little and gentle.

The scent is quite weak, some kind of light spices.

Has to much alcoholic aftertaste.

Instead buy the Capitan Kidd bottle you gonna love it!

Total ok rum but why buy only ok rum when you can buy so much better bottles.

Only tried a miniature bottle, but forgettable is the word that springs to mind. Tried a few of these Canary rums, this was the least impressive.

taste like a whisky :-) not so sweet as I can read in comments (but my bottle doesn't look the same also...)

Smells ok, for 12 y old is not really much to get...
And not much in the mouth.

Nijak mě neoslovil a oproti osmnáctce je dost lihový a ostřejší. Spíše bych sáhl po jeho vyzrálejší edici.

In der Nase sind flüchtige Düfte von Holz, Karamell und ein paar Beeren wahrzunehmen.
Am Gaumen etwas eindimensional, Karamell, Holz und bitteres Zeugs.
Im Abgang bleibt nichts und ein wenig Bitterkeit übrig.
Ein schnöder Rum, zu Bitter und Seelenlos. Für Mutige und Entdecker.

Beautiful amber in the glass.
The nose has fleeting scents of wood, caramel and a few berries.
On the palate a bit one-dimensional, caramel, wood and bitter stuff.
The finish leaves nothing and a little bitterness.
A brash rum, too bitter and soulless. For the brave and explorers.
