I bought it in Guadeloupe while visiting another distillery, more to remember that Karukera is the native name for Guadeloupe!
Gold yellow colour
Nose: dried grass, mature fruits (plums), litle spicy tones
Taste: I didn't like it simple, but in drinks is OK. It was cheap, so I accepted the lack of taste.
Karukera Gold has a rather mediocre bottle design, light golden color, very strong alcohol mixed with fruits to the nose and a nasty burn to top it off. Its dry like a typical rhum and has a very strong alcohol scent, so it can't earn anything higher than a 2.
