Summum 12-Year

Summum 12Y finished malt whisky cask. Dessert rum and taste of marzipan.

You'll be kicked by strong marzipan smell first, but it's way better than you'd ever expect. It's very sweet, with dark chocolate tones.

Mums dejlig rom. Drikkes ren. Kraftig smag og lang eftersmag, lidt marcipan / mandel.

Un rhum d'une douceur surprenante, d'autant plus quand on sait qu'il n'a aucun ajout de sucre.

doesn't last long enough but really pleasant taste. Not too sugary it reveals strong almond flavors in the glass, toffee and spices too at sip. Matured in oak casks, this blend of différent âgés rums is quite welle assembled.

Un rhum facile et bon. On distingue des notes d'amandes au nez et en bouche. Il est légèrement sucré, j'aime beaucoup

Couleur jaune pâle. Rhum solera sec juste ce qu'il faut. Bien équilibré, pas trop sucré, ni trop sec.

Duft, Mandel, marcipan.
Smag, Marcipan, meget sød.
Ok eftersmag.

Hart an der Grenze zu Likör. Starkes Marzipan-Aroma (Mandeln) in der Nase. Sehr süß, erinnert an Amaretto. Karamell, Südfrüchte, komplexe Aromen. Definitiv nichts für "Männer". Heute gebe ich 8/10, kann aber morgen schon eher bei 7/10 liegen, weil doch ziemlich heavy.
P.S. Ich bewerte hier den "Reserva Especial", nicht den "Malt Whisky-Cask finished" (9/10) oder den "Cognac-Cask finished" (9/10), zu denen es hier auch Bewertungen gibt.
