This is a rum that is very popular here. The high ranking was reason for me to try this rather expensive bottle.
Price/quality wise this is not a bottle you want to get. It has a good to alright taste but it is way too expensive. For less money there are better bottles.

Super dejlig og velsmagende.

My journey has mainly been on the more expensive rums. I have found my taste for Oliver rums. This is a good rum. Smooth start middle and end. Nose and flavor forward. I get caramel brown sugar vanilla, some chocolate. And sherry/ cinnamon. Had a friend bring back from DR. BOTTLE 1905 2021. A bit pricey but what the heck I’m glad to have tried it.

Absolutely amazing, perfect rum. Complex, sophisticated taste.

Just sipped about half of bottle with friends but we are so damn amazed by this product. The sweety, honey & caramel smell is just like from outer space and can smell thru the whole room if you take a proper glass and let it absorb for a couple of minutes. Taste, in this case, is nowhere behind. Although stronger, the taste is awesomely sweet, balanced, perfectly rounded and with great aftertaste. This is The Rum 1O/1O I was looking for.
Note: beware the wooden plate is movable below the bottle and therefore very fragile and prone to break which sucks if you intend to buy it purely collectibly.

One of the better rums from Oliver&Oliver, but still just a general sweet, smooth and warm solera type that you can easily confuse with many other brands. Beginners and women can add 1 point.

En riktig surprise, söt men inte för söt, rund och harmoniskt som ger mersmak. En helt klar favorit i skåpet.

Jedná z nejsladsich ne-li nejsladsi prémiová solera od olivera. Pro fandy hodně sladkých rumů povinnost. Za mě ta sladkost trochu překrývá chutě. Jinak aroma med, vanilka a kandovane ovoce. Chuť jemná smooth, závěr med a trocha vanilky.

Schitterende heerlijke rum. zeer lange afdronk. Zoet maar zeker niet te veel. komt zeker in mijn top 3.
Welke plaats moeilijk te bepalen gewoon toppertje.
