If you are in for having a few, or more than a few, this N.S. best-seller is a good place to start - nothing fancy, nothing special, just your standard rum and coke. Nothing wrong with that.

Nice vanilla aroma, pretty smooth for sipping, a bit alcoholic.

Love mixing this up with a squeeze of lime and any juice. Also enjoyed with some club soda and lime. Mixes well with fruit and fruit purees

For a white rum this is actually quite tasty. I prefer it to Bacardi.

I would echo many of the comments here in that this is a mixing rum either with coke or apple juice. Quite balanced taste with pleasant aroma. Inoffensive and suitable for general guests

A good mixing rum on par with Biarritz. Great for rum and cokes.

We use this primarily in mojitos with real mint, real sugar, tonic, a splash of Sprite, lime and a spray bottle of bitters produced by Lucky Bastard Distillery in Saskatoon. Plays well with others.
