Blows Malibu out of the water! Love the smell, reminds me of tanning oil and the beach. It's absolutely the best coconut rum around! Extremely hard to find though, I first tried it at an eclectic bar and was told I could find it at a chain store... Wrong! Had to look up the website to find local retailers and even then it's hit and miss. They may carry the spiced and not the coconut rum. I now stay well stocked in Sugar Island and it's FABULOUS in Rootbeer!!! ; ) Only negative is that it's not a very high proof of alcohol.

Tasted August 9 2023 at Tilted Tiki in Stillwater MN.
Appearance: clear
Aroma: coconut 🥥
Flavor: sweet coconut deliciousness. This is a sweet rum, with vanilla notes, but mostly coconut 🌴

Tasted at Tilted Tiki on 8/9/23. Pours clear. Pleasant coconut aroma that doesn’t smell chemical or like suntan oil. More like a coconut water. There’s some intense candy sweetness here. Probably a bit too much. Odd tangerine finish. Aroma is best part.

This rum packs a punch when it comes to the sugar content. But hey they were up front in their name. It would make a good mixer or over the rocks if you have a sweet tooth. While it is sweet, you still get an after taste of sharp alcohol. Needless to say it's not a finally aged rum.

This one is definitely worth keeping a bottle in the collection

Maybe in a mixed cocktail, piña colada? But neat as I rate them super sweet and a bit artificial. Can definitely taste the coconut but again needs to be mixed

Love this mixed with Coke Zero, Sprite Zero and cream soda. Also love it in a cocktail with pineapple juice, Sprite Zero a shot of Tito’s and a shot of sugar island

Tastes more like a coconut syrup than a coconut rum. Nice flavor, but I will cut back on syrups next time because this adds plenty of sweetness to the drink. Good price but definitely not for sipping.

Aroma is great but that should have warned me. The coconut is sweeter than I would normally like and the rum is not a high quality but it mixes up better than Malibu and many of the others I have tried.

Not sure if I will stock, plan to try it in some blended drinks to see how it carries.

Im a big fan of coconut rum but this one is thin and harsh for my liking.

THIS IS SWEET. Wow it's like simple syrup, a little coconut, and some alcohol. Very sweet and mild.

This is, by far, the BEST coconut rum I've ever had. Comparing to: Blue Chair Bay, Malibu, Parrot Bay, Cruzan, Siesta Key (local Florida) and a few others. It is best mixed either with a diet coke or juices.

The folks who dislike it because of the sweetness is fine, but I think it's the reason why I like it so much. Absolutely the rum of choice for mixers Can't go wrong.
