Like a regular Hechicera Solera, i.e. very balanced with a nice character filled with tobacco, coffee and caramel, but on the drier side. This time with a nice fruity touch, but it's quite subtle. Still not super smooth or full-bodied which would probably be expected given how expensive this is vs. the regular bottle

Nose: spicy and fruity. Roasted pineapple and ripe banana. Subtle hints of muscat.
Palate: spicy and a little bit smoky. Not balanced, too sharp, too little body and volume.

The extra anejo has a better balance, is less sharp and tastes better.

Experimental?! Its a great invention, pure fantastic taste, smell, nincs "after"taste, light, smooth. Nearly 10.

Vanilla, coffee and barrel in aroma; vanilla, nougat and wooden barrel in body; tail almost absent.

it s naturally sweet, let rest in the glass to avoid alcoholic burn, on the nose is fruity,
in the mouth it s interesting to feel the muscat barrel influence, some fruits, it s dry,
short finish ...

What a great ''rum''. I enjoy this limited experiment of La Hechicera a lot because of its sweet finish (muscat casks). The liquid is nice and oily, light color and smells like peach and fresh fruit. Try to get you bottle as long as they are available.
