Some of my whisky friend couldn't recognize this as a rum but really, really liked it.
The port cask finish gives this so much flavor.

This rum is nice example of succesful marriage of rum and port.
Mahagony colour, intense taste of honyed fruits, spicy vanilla and oak.
Finish is a bit on dry side but not so much therefore people with sweet tooth like me can enjoy it.

This is a smooth and high quality tasting rum. Easily sippable and highly enjoyable! Shame there is no picture added for this yet.

I was curious to try some product from St. Lucia. I saw some good review of this brand, so I gave it a chance. It's a good Rum, with a warm taste given by the Port Cask ageing. There's a note of wood and caramel. It's a fine product probably above the average of the rums made with molasses, quite smooth and sweet, but, to be honest I was expecting more. There are other products with similar specs for lower price. Very fancy bottle.
