Al naso è esplosivo con arrostito, fumo, tabacco, bosco e qualche nota floreale e di miele.
Al palato ha un gusto unico che non ho mai sentito, sentori fumosi e secchi di legno e cuoio, ma anche fruttati (uvetta/fichi) e corposamente dolci con un finale intenso e lungo che porta anche qualche nota pepata e di caffè. Nel bicchiere vuoto arrostito, legno e un po' di frutti.
