Nose: First thing that pops into my nose is sour strawberry bubblegum then brine, guava and banana, some savoury notes too and vinegar
Taste: mouth watering sour strawberry bubblegum, lots of minerality and brine. Banana and guava, vinegar esters, some light bitterness with the minerality, again some savoury notes like balsamico vinegar marinated prosciutto and hint of damp pine forest aroma.
Finish: surprisingly smooth without water, obviously you get some heat and pepperiness when drank neat.
Suberb white jamaican, i think maybe my favorite from this category so far. Amazing complexity and surprisingly balanced in the array of flavours without lacking any pungency or character.

Kristallklar im Glas.
In der Nase einfach unglaublich, schon beim eingiessen ins Glas füllt sich der ganze Raum mit herrlichem Rum Duft. Allerlei tropische Früchte, Banane, Mango, Ananas, etwas Litschi mit dunkler Schokolade verfeinert mit einem dezent herb-harzigen Unterton. Ein Blumen Bouquet mit vielen verschiedenen Blumen, Gräser und Kräuter und einem Schuss Jamaika Funk.
Am Gaumen sagen die 62.5 % Vol. wo's lang geht, dominant aber ohne die Geschmacksknospen zu peinigen. Überreife Früchte, Carambole, Bananen, Rambutans, Papaya, liegen auf dem Boden, frisch vom Baum gefallen. Milchschokolade der besonderen Art mit Kräutern und Gewürzen, Kardamom, Dill, mit einer Priese Meersalz.
Im Abgang ewig, Kakao und Früchte bleiben deiner Zunge auf Immer in Erinnerung.
Ein weiteres geniales Teil und ein Ester-Monster (674 gr./hlpa) aus dieser Velier Serie der weissen Rum. Für Geniesser, Fortgeschrittene und Entdecker.
Crystal clear in the glass.
In the nose simply unbelievable, already when pouring into the glass the whole room fills with wonderful rum scent. All kinds of tropical fruits, banana, mango, pineapple, some lychee with dark chocolate refined with a subtle tart and resinous undertone. A flower bouquet with many different flowers, grasses and herbs and a dash of Jamaica funk.
On the palate the 62.5 % vol. say where it goes, dominant but without tantalising the taste buds. Overripe fruits, carambola, bananas, rambutans, papaya, lie on the ground, freshly fallen from the tree. Milk chocolate of the special kind with herbs and spices, cardamom, dill, with a pinch of sea salt.
In the finish eternal, cocoa and fruit will remain in your tongue forever in memory.
Another ingenious piece and an ester monster (674 gr./hlpa) from this Velier series of white rum. For connoisseurs, advanced and discoverers.
