Richland Single Estate Old Georgia

I don’t quite get the agricole flavor, which I am not usually fond of; but note that others appreciated it in their reviews. Straight I get a little sweetness as I start, but then the afterburn removes it. Not as interesting mixed. Between a 5.5 and 6 on my scale. I'll keep trying agricole's and see if my appreciation changes.

Aroma is wilder - agricole/jamaican. After breathing appears vanilla and oak. In taste are fighting bourbon and oak tones with grass and floral ones.. Overall impression is inconsistent, patchy.

Strong rum citruses, nothing special

Slight candied fruit in the background, typical vanilla from bourbon casks with some hotness that overpowers the taste a bit.

Un nez agréable boisé et poivré.... goût fort qui fait pensez plus a un wiski.

Being a Georgia resident I always wanted to try it. Had a pour of it at my favorite restaurant. Its aged in bourbon barrels so guess what, It smelled and tasted like a slightly sweet bourbon. I have nothing against bourbon but I don't like my rum to taste like it.

duft: sødme og frugt, let alckohol. Smag: som en røget whisky

Very nice smell. After this smell I excepted too much. Taste not good. Really don't like this rum. It like brandy with wood and coffee.

Duft af fermenteret frugt, som jeg absolut ikke er fan af. På grænsen til en sur duft. Røget smag af fad. En smule tynd. Kommer til at tænke på whiskey, og det skal ikke være i min rom. Derfor lav karakter. (11. december 2020 i 1423)
