Classic but distinguished bottle for this rum who received the highest award of the General Agricultural Competition in 1990, 1991, 1994, 1996, 1998, 1999. The visual examination allows us to see a dark mahogany color. The nose is ample and reveals complex and delicate aromas. A very unusual aromatic palette of fruits like fig, citrus and woody notes. This one evolves on vegetable notes and dried fruits. Alcohol is present but does not dominate. It is necessary to leave this rum time to flourish and to give the full aromatic power. The final is on spices like cinnamon such as the wood. A beautiful discovery presented by Francis Lefaux of the house Montebello himself !
