Door County Distillery makes 3 rums, and coconut is the flavor leader in 2 of them. The rock island rum is very smooth, but after drinking a mixer with it, the coconut will take the lead in flavor. You can taste a hint of it in the spiced rum as well, but it is a very balanced rum. The vanilla and cinnamon blend well together. This is a very good rum to mix with a diet coke, and I'd drink it every time I'm in the area.
