In the nipper bottle from Toys R Liquor for 0.99 on 3-17-24. Pale gold in color. Interesting aroma of Red Delicious apples- boring but standard scent. Spices definitely emerge in this. Grapes and apples. Not horrible, but I’m not sure what the point is to “apple spiced” rums.

Tasted March 17 2024 ☘️ at the Forbidden Hole
Appearance: gold
Aroma: packet of hot apple cider mix
Flavor: packet of hot apple cider mix
Tasting notes: not nearly as horrific as the black cherry spiced rum, this is still not an actual good rum. It might not actually qualify as a real rum; I have a hard time believing this was made during the generally accepted processes for making a rum. It's more like grain alcohol got doctored up a bit with cider flavor and a label with the word "Ron" on it

From Crosby Lakes Spirits Company in Minnesota. RONDIAZ Spiced apple is a blend of rum from Puerto Rico, with warm apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and all spice flavours. This has little to do with rum. It is too sweet with artificial flavours to cover up the burn of a young rum. 30% abv and $23 on sale at Liquormart in Manitoba.
