If you like coconut and a sweet rum, this is it! Also great for making pina coladas!

I just love sipping this stuff while hanging out with some friends or listening to music. It's so stupidly sweet that i can't help but smile. Even if it's only 42 proof it can sneak up on you because it's like drinking candy. I can't explain it, but i like this at room temperature or very slightly chilled. If you want some real kick and plan to mix i suggest getting the 90 proof version. It tastes nearly identical but will knock your socks off. I prefer the 90 proof on the rocks. The melting ice just helps it go down a little better.

My go-to whenever coconut flavored rum is called for. This is not a rum to drink straight out of the bottle, too sweet for that. However, if you need a good coconut flavor that will not kill the other booze in the drink then Parrot Bay Coconut is a excellent choice.

There is a place for this one on my mixing shelf.

A tastier alternative to Malibu. The Captain can do no wrong in my opinion.

One of the best coconut rums around. Not fake coconut flavor, more "potent" than Malibu and good in juice, cola and tiki drinks. Not as good as Brinley Gold Coconut.

I've tried a few coconut rums because I'm a big fan of tiki drinks, it's a must in the mix. Though I'm no big fan of Captain Morgan, I must admit their Parrot Bay is the best I've tasted, at least for the money.

Coconut Rum used to be MALIBU and that's it. Nowadays Coconut Rum is everywhere. Capt Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut Rum is easy to drink in mixed drinks and was a favorite coconut rum until Blue Chair Bay arrived. Since it is still widely available and Blue Chair Bay is not, I do recommend this spirit when mixing drinks that require coconut rum. It is still tasty with Pineapple juice and crushed ice.

Great with pineapple juice on the rocks.

Parrot Bay, Malibu, and Cruzan coconut rums all taste about the same to me. I can drink this all day long mixed with coke. In the summer I like to mix with OJ.

This is my go to for coconut rum. I don't really drink a lot of flavored rums but this is one of the better ones. It's got a good coconut taste to it but never drink it strait, Get some limonaid and put some of this in it, tastes like sumer.

Really, if you're not mixing this, then what are you doing with it. Parrot Bay's are great mixers I like to bump my drinks up with some 151 to give it a little more of a kick. But it's good stuff all around.

This and Bacardi are my favorite coconut rums for mixing, if I had to choose one I would go with Bacardi but just barely. I use it and Pineapple to make a tropical mojito that is delicious. Not suitable for drinking straight but this stuff was never made for that.

I have several Coconut rum and Parrot Bay is probably the best one. Good for cocktails.

This is actually pretty good for a flavored rum. A bit too sweet, but smooth and has a pretty good coconut flavor. Mixes very well. Better than Malibu to me for sure.

This is sweet and smooth. Good on the rocks but I like mixing it with some vanilla cinnamon bailey's. Yum

Parrot Bay is the favorite coconut rum for mixing around our place. Affordable and pleasant to drink even on the rocks. Available everywhere and outshines every other shelf rum in the same category.

i like this better than malibu mixes well great tropical taste

Great for pina coladas and blends where a bit of coconut flair is suitable. Not a utility mixer, only for certain blends. Not refined enough for a sipper. Coconut flavor tastes too cartoonish when you drink this straight.

Så fik jeg den! - Har ledt længe og fandt den så og endda til en god pris. Glæder mig til at få smagt på den og få den sammenlignet med de andre Coco rum jeg har.

Coconut Parrot Bay is used in conjunction with another rum to make my house pina coladas. This way I add additional coconut flavor along with the rum. For those who don't care for the flavor of rum, I use this alone. Also for the lightweights its low in ABV. It's much better than Bacardi, but this isn't a sipping rum. Aficionados of rum are not going to pleased with this offering. This is marketed to the college kids and the party goers. Use it for what it's meant for and its an average drink.

Not the best, but will do for mixing.

For those wanting a nice mixer for summertime. Sweet and very coconutty as the name would suggest. A nice recipe:

1oz Parrot Bay
3oz Pineapple juice
3oz Club Soda

You will put them back one after the other and won’t know you are drunk until you move.

Great crowd pleaser. This is a nice twist on a classic rum and cola. There is a 100 proof too, but I have not seen it in a few years.
