Spend if few more £'s and get a better Rum in every way. The 15 is forgettable but the 23 will stay in the memory banks! Lasting flavour, rich just lacks a little on the nose.

Cette bouteille aux charmes ambrée a su delecter mon palais dans un desert de rum de qualité qu’est la Lettonie. Légèrement sucré sans être grossier, son arôme se disperse avec douceur.

Yep, for me, it taste a bit of the 2000 diplomatico. If u like solera rum you will like this one.

Well done. Rich, smooth, warm and complex. It makes me wonder what their secret is. Balanced to perfection with almost a candy flavor . Definitely a treat to savor.

As I get farther into the "great" rums, I find myself coming back to this one to use as a base line. Good taste, straight or mixed.

Tried this at the famous Rum Bar in the beautiful Whitsundays in North Queensland. Lighter than I imagined so not much caramel colouring.. strong alcohol smell at first but settled down after 10 minutes. Dryish , tastes of vanilla , almond or marzipan , brown sugar and a bit of citrus.. not much wood and a shortish ending. Better than the 15 but still a bit dull although worth a try !

Ce Rhum est très doux, bel équilibre. Une bouteille à avoir.

Added an ice cube to open it up and really enjoyed it.
