Ron Zacapa Straight from the Cask Special Edition

Got on of the last affordable bottles in the area...
Insane power, long-lasting aftertaste, sweet and powerful ! The balance is fragile but you hardly find better.
A true marvel in my opinion. I'll try not to drink it too often. Might never get the chance to buy a bottle.

Nowadays it is hard to find this rum for a good price.
It's an overproof rum with 45% alc. Its flavour is amazing, gives you the Zacapa feelings with a very special and long afterburn. One of my most favourites.

This is the absolute best rum value on the market. Sure, if you don't mind spending hundreds of dollars a bottle, then there are better - but unless you have the budget of a billionaire, this is probably the best rum you'll ever live to taste.

This is one of my top 5 rum. Simply a Perfect rum.

Solera 23 je klasika, ale tahle verze je ještě lepší (i oproti verzi Etiqueta Negra).

Well balanced with great taste and great balance. The best rum I've tasted so far.

This is a wonderfull experience, and so much better than the solera edition. Now I understand why Zacapa has that history of rum they have!!

Nose : I find Vanilla, honey, spices and sweet dessert. The smell of this rum is very complex and delicious!!

Taste : I find, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses, complex, power, and the aftertaste is powerfull wrapped in lovely sweetness, and it just hangs in the mouth for a loooooong time.

Was lucky enough to come across this bottle by chance while I was in Jamaica years ago, the only one on the shelf and I have never been so happy with an impulse purchase. This was my first experience with zacapa, have had other since but I sincerely wish I could find another bottle of this.

There are bottles that deserve a special moment to open and taste them.
