The provenance tells us Philippine sugar is some of the best in this world but this 7 year old expression simply does not compare to the flor de cana 7 or havana club 7 it's heavily sweetened and a strong spice flavour carries through

In my opinion heavy sweetened , there is much vanilla taste. Difficult to drink straight.

Not my kind of rum, lot of spices and lot of sweetness...bad to say, but kind of Bacardi oakheart

Beaucoup de parfums : de l'orange de la mandarine confite, un peu de vanille, de sucre et plein d'autres choses !!!
Un rhum facile a boire sur glace.

This rum is so sweet it almost doesn't taste like rum anymore. Only sweet notes come to expression and proper ageing is lacking.

Too sweet, too much vanilla. Not bad, but there is always something less "annoying" :-)

90% awards of this rum is for the label and bottle design and it's more a rum liqueur than a rum.
At first, the rum stands out positively: vanilla, berries, no alcohol in the taste, extreamly smooth.
However, every sip removes the thought of drinking a rum.
It is also becoming more and more intrusive. There is nothing rum-like about it.

Definitely good rum liqueur. For people who don't know rum, it's definitely impressive.
Too artificial for rum lovers. If you love sugary and very sweet liqueur a rating of 9 would also be appropriate.

Semi artificial taste of much vanilla, honey and sugar. In the background theres a lot of tropical fruits. The taste overall is ok, but its to artificial for my personal taste.
