Trailer Happiness is one of Europe's most well known rum bars, with a selection of over 180 rums. While it's located right in the heart of Notting Hill, it's not too posh and has a laid back tiki atmosphere. Mixed drinks are good, but feels like moreso a place to sip on a great aged rum. Staff is always super friendly. Certainly stop if you're in London.
